Tickets may be exchanged to another performance of the same show, subject to seat availability, up to three hours prior to the ticketed start time. There is a $5 fee to exchange for non-59E59 members. Some discount tickets and tickets sold through third parties will not be eligible for exchange. Please contact your original point-of-purchase to request a ticket exchange.
You can also donate your tickets for a tax-deductible contribution, or exchange your tickets for account credit to be used toward future purchases. Credits will remain valid for six months from date of issuance, after which unused credits will expire and be considered a donation to 59E59 Theaters. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. For any exchanges, donations, credits, or refunds, please email the 59E59 Theaters Box Office at boxoffice@59e59.org.
We strongly encourage exchanging your tickets if you will not be able to attend a performance. If you missed your performance, past-dating is a courtesy we provide on a space-available basis, at the sole discretion of 59E59 Theaters Management. Tickets can only be past-dated for performances of the same event purchased through www.59E59.org or the 59E59 Theaters Box Office. For some events, past-dating may not be available. Please contact the Box Office at 646-892-7999 for further information and to check availability of upcoming performances. If tickets cannot be past-dated, no refund or credit will be issued for unused tickets.
On the day of a sold-out performance, the Box Office will take names for a random drawing to purchase full price tickets that may become available just prior to show time. You may enter your name for the standby drawing beginning one hour prior to show time, in person at the Box Office only. The Box Office will accept entries up to the point the drawing begins. One entry is permitted per party.
The taking of pictures or use of recording devices inside the theaters is prohibited by law.
Late seating is at the sole discretion of the House Manager and is not guaranteed. If you arrive late, please understand that the Late Seating policy is set by the producing company and varies by performance. If late seating is permitted, our staff will do their best to seat you at an appropriate time during the performance to minimize disruption to other patrons and the performers.
