Jessica Toltzis (Playwright/Performer) is an actor, singer, and writer. Her recent credits include: Your Honor (Showtime), The Ladies (Best Comedy, North Fork TV Festival), Pleasant (The Old Globe); Help, But Better (Center Theatre Group); 54 Sings Hanukkah (54 Below), Nathan Brewer’s Christmas Show (The Green Room 42), Lumped Together (Best Comedy, Portland Comedy Film Festival), and Georgeanne.MOV (Best Mockumentary, Austin Comedy Film Festival). Kfir Lapid-Mashall (Playwright) is a queer writer and performance artist. Fascinated with the law, he creates socially-engaged work that deals with the complex experiences of (in)justice and truth. Previous work includes SHOW.TRIAL. (2024), The Trial of William Merrilees (2024), The Merchant of Venice — the Trial (2019), and Safe Shore: Concerto for Refugee and Orchestra (2018). He is a doctoral researcher at the University of Glasgow, pursuing a transdisciplinary project conceptualizing the original form of Judicial Theatre. Thanks to Edie Windsor’s fierce activism, Kfir was able to legally marry his husband, Yuval Zehavi, in New York City Hall.

Eli Pauley (Director) - Originally trained as an actor, Eli is a NYC-based teacher and director. She most recently worked on the development of Katie Kleiger’s new play, Different Words for Happiness. She’s worked on several productions at the Juilliard School including King John with Evan Yionoulis, The Cherry Orchard with Richard Feldman, and The Caucasian Chalk Circle with Orlando Pabotoy. She directed Karla Mayanbeer-Cruz’s new play, Only God Knows, at the NY Theatre Festival where Eli was nominated for Best Director and one of the cast was awarded Best Supporting Actress. Her most recent acting credit was playing Hamlet in Why Not Theatre Company’s US tour of Hamlet. Eli teaches acting at the Yale Summer Conservatory, the Interlochen Arts Camp, and will join the faculty at Rutgers, Mason Gross School of the Arts this fall as assistant professor of acting. ‍Eli is an alum of the Interlochen Arts Academy and the BFA program at Rutgers/Mason Gross. She holds her MFA in Acting from the Yale School of Drama and completed a postgraduate fellowship in teaching and directing at the Juilliard School.
